New Updated Laws of the New Game for Spring 2020

As of January 1, 2020, all UYSA sanctioned games are being played under the new FIFA laws which include some fairly important clarifications. Obviously these laws are new to everyone, so PLEASE, let’s all be patient with the referees, other coaches and players as we all figure them out.
